Who are Deliverect?

Deliverect is a fast growing Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that aims to simplify the online delivery process for restaurants. The Belgium-based company was founded less than 2 years ago and has now grown rapidly being used by 1000’s of customers with a headcount of over 100 employees. Deliverect already operates in 10 countries and has developed an amazing delivery services aggregation platform that connects all food ordering and delivery channels for restaurants, and is massively disrupting the food delivery sector.


Reason for the role:

Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans in North America, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager for the region who will be responsible for the company's target in the SMB space. You will be a key member of the NoAM management team, building a team of SDRs and Account Executives in our Toronto office, and will work in close collaboration with the EMEA marketing team.

The role of SMB Sales Manager will require a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. The role will also require very strong attention to detail and someone who is very data-driven.

You will have responsibility for:

  • Achieving SMB sales targets in Canada and the US
  • Building a team of high performing sales individuals
  • Working closely with both the post-sales and product team to ensure perfect alignment between product-market fit and launching in a market
  • Developing a reporting dashboard and strong discipline in measuring performance
  • Working closely with marketing to ensure targets for lead volume and quality are being met.
  • Hiring, retaining and coaching top talents

Job requirements

  • A track record of successfully scaling sales teams ( 3 to 5 years) in a SaaS company is a must
  • Experience in working with high growth or scaling business - growth of more than 100% YoY minimum
  • Very strong knowledge of Solution Selling as well high-velocity sales practice is a must
  • Strong understanding of metrics, analytics, and reporting methods
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • University degree in Business/Marketing/Mathematics or other relevant studies
  • Excellent communication skills - you are a true relationship builder
  • Passion for software technology in e-commerce / retail / restaurant
  • You take initiatives, you’re a self-starter and you act with confidence and conviction
