Who is Deliverect?


Deliverect is a swiftly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that aims to simplify the online delivery process for restaurants. The Ghent-based company was founded by veterans of the Foodtech sector in April 2018 and has now grown very quickly to 1000’s of customers and 50+ employees

Deliverect has developed an amazing Delivery services aggregation platform that connects all food ordering and delivery channels for restaurants and is about to massively disrupt the HORECA sector.


Our recruiting team works on different types of roles, from finance to marketing to software engineering. We move fast, and our hiring bar is set high, but we love a challenge and solving problems.


  • Help build a world-class company with your sourcing/recruiting efforts
  • Work 1:1 with top talent from successful startups, agencies and tech companies; growing your recruiting knowledge and breadth of experience.
  • Influence how we recruit bringing new ideas to the team
  • Own the full-lifecycle recruiting process for assigned positions: review applicants, source new candidates through recruiting outreach efforts, screen and present candidates to the hiring team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/teams to build job posts, discuss candidates, and manage recruiting cycle
