How you will contribute to our mission:

This role sits in the ecosystem team, optimising our self-serve product to be secure and scalable. The outcomes focus around providing value to our partners. Collaborating closely with product managers and developer teams, you will collaborate with our partners like UberEats, JustEat, Doordash etc., to build a unified strategy to increase customers. You will identify problems to tackle that have a direct impact on our partners and their customers. 

As a Product Manager, you will work in a cross-functional team including internal and external, focused around a goal/area, running daily stand ups and weekly sprints. As the voice of the user you will actively work with developers as a collaborative team, and with the management team to define product priorities, using data to drive your decisions. Outreach to prospective partners in the hospitality tech industry in conjunction with our regional partner managers is integral to your success. You will take requirements into user stories and work with the development team to execute those stories with a clear focus on the long-term business strategy and product roadmap. You make sure the entire team and stakeholders are fully engaged and clear about the vision and strategy.

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years'+ experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Product Owner, Customer Success or similar role
  • Previous experience with product management and the ability to manage (write and prioritize) requirements for R&D
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strategic understanding with a critical eye, being able to form an opinion from information or data
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
  • Experience providing impact; outcome-driven mindset
  • Demonstrate operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement; problem-solving and solution-oriented, communication, delegation and planning
  • Ability to be flexible in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth scale-up
